Brooklyn based three piece Liars have announced details of a new album and scheduled a UK tour for this June. The band, who’s 2010 record Sisterworld was met with open arms by fans and critics alike, will play Manchester’s Ruby Lounge on June 15th. This show will mark the end of their 2012 European tour, a trek that’ll see them play only three UK dates, two of which are in London.
Their as-yet-untitled new album came together when band-members Angus Andrew and Aaron Hemphill relocated to an isolated cabin in the woods to flesh out tracks. From there, the duo travelled to an LA recording studio to self-produce a collection of raw, new material. The finished product will hit shelves on June 4th.
